Terms of use/Updated 3 October 2026

Terms of use.

The rules for using Sponsor My Body: your account, your public page, what you may post, and what we may do. How money moves is in the payment terms, which apply too.

Who we are

Sponsor My Body is run by the sole trader named in our privacy policy (“we”). Athletes and creators offer sponsorship spots on it, and brands buy them.

Your account

Your public page

Your page at sponsormybody.com/a/your-handle/ is public as soon as you save your profile. Anyone can see it. It shows your display name, sport, city, the text about you, your profile photo and your channels with their follower counts. Brands can follow you there to hear about your campaigns.

Search engines such as Google may list your page once your profile is complete (a profile photo, at least 150 characters about you and at least one channel) or once a campaign of yours is approved. Until then, your page asks search engines not to list it.

Campaigns stay private while you draft them. Once you send one for review, your page shows it as “coming soon” with its event and date. Its spots, prices and photos appear when we approve it.

You can change your text, photo and channels at any time, and your handle under the rules shown in Settings. To take your page down, close your account in Settings. Search engines and other sites may keep a copy of a public page for a while after it changes or is gone; we cannot control that.

What you may post

You keep the rights to what you post. You allow us to show it on your page, in our listings, in link previews and to search engines, and to share your page on our own channels to bring you brands, for as long as your page is up.

What we may do

Campaigns and sponsorships

When a brand sponsors you, you deliver what your campaign promised. You buy any materials it needs, such as prints or temporary tattoos, yourself. Payments, payouts, refunds and chargebacks follow the payment terms.

Liability

We provide Sponsor My Body as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for what other users do, for the results of a sponsorship, or for the site being unavailable for a while. Nothing here limits liability that Croatian law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

Law and changes

Croatian law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Croatia, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to another court.

When these terms change, we tell account holders by email at least 15 days before the change takes effect, unless the law requires a faster change. The date at the top shows the last change.
