I’m Thomas, a 40-year-old father of two from Norway, balancing a full-time career in banking with training 5-6 times a week. I compete in HYROX Men’s Open across Europe, with a personal best of 1:22:13 and a goal of breaking 1:15. I represent everyday athletes who take their training seriously while juggling work and family life. My training combines running, CrossFit and HYROX-specific sessions. I’m not an active Instagram or Facebook creator, so my offer focuses on visibility at races and within my training community.
